A permanent vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

37 hours per week
Scale P03 and in the range SCP 34-37 (Currently £43,693 - £46,731)
Location: The location of this post will be confirmed upon appointment and flexibility to be based across the Borough will be required.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This newly created role sits within the new Business Support division within the newly created Corporate & Support Services Directorate. Reporting to the HR & OD Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the Council has the right resources, capability and talent to deliver on short and long term priorities.You will support how departments understand their future workforce requirements and will be the corporate lead for recruitment / selection and organisational design.You will help to establish the Council as an employer of choice by playing a key role in ensuring that the Council is a great place to work.
