DUBLIN ZOO holds the prestigious position of being ‘Ireland’s leading Fee Paying Family Attraction’ welcoming in excess of 1.1 million visitors each year.

Our purpose is to save wildlife and inspire a passion for nature – one person, one family at a time.

As part of Dublin Zoo’s Wild Lights evening event which will be taking place this October, November, December and January, Dublin Zoo is currently seeking to recruit a number of highly motivated, friendly and confident Administrators who will be responsible for taking telephone and email queries, processing ticket payments, reception duties and general administration and customer service duties. The successful candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service with strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills and will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a retail or customer service role.

This is a non-39 hour contract and working hours will be rostered between 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday and these contracts will commence in early September when our Wild Lights tickets go on sale.
