Warehouse Operative
Contract Type: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 12 hours per week across 2/3 days - flexibility required
What Will You Do?- Ensure deliveries and orders are received, checked against paperwork and filed away as per the business standards.
- Ensure all stock is picked accurately, in a timely accurate manner against agreed KPI's.
- Ensure that all stock is handled as carefully and efficiently as possible, as per training and methods instructed by management.
- Ensure that our customers requirements are met, and exceeded within deadlines through coordinating and prioritising activity across shifts.
- Identify problems which may occur and take appropriate action to resolve the situation, updating managers as necessary.
- Ensure that all products are stored carefully and in the correct location at all times.
- Ensure back of house standards are consistently strong, allowing us efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure all instructions given by management are followed at all times.
- To contribute to the maintenance of the Elemis store standards by consistently reviewing stock levels, understanding the business and replenishing the store when necessary.
- To support the management in the auditing of stock each quarter.
- Support management with stock orders on a weekly basis.
- Consistently and effectively communicate with the management team regarding all stock related issues.

- Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
- Experience within a similar operational / store role and industry
- Experience with stock handling
- Proven audit record
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communicator and experience in relationship building
- Practical work experience in stock operations
- Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience working with a professional brand
