Warehouse Assistant

Contract:

· Fixed Term Seasonal Contracts, Nov - Dec 2024

· 20-30 hours per week

· Hours rostered Monday to Sunday 3 to 5 days.

Kilkenny Design are currently looking for seasonal warehouse assistants to join the warehouse team in Cork City.

Our warehouse assistants help to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make sure that every order leaving the warehouse is packed to the highest standard giving each customer the Kilkenny experience. In return we will support you during your time with us.

About You

You will have great attention to detail as you will be checking key details of luxury orders on a day-to-day basis. You will be hard working, quick thinking and have the ability to take initiative. You will be a valuable team player who thrives on getting the job done to a high Kilkenny standard. You will have great timekeeping ability with flexibility to support your colleagues with the end goal in mind. You’ll be responsible for:

Website

• Fulfillment of online orders using scanner and placement of stock in the correct bin location.
• Pack and prepare order for shipping, ensuring correct items, quantities and secure packaging.
• Work as a team to deliver the agreed SLA to customers.
• Details of requests to stores/special orders to be given to customer service.
• Maintain the website floor and the allocation of space effectively.
• Unpack orders and stock shelves as required.
• Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with Kilkenny’s Customer service standards.
• Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clear and accessible at all times.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to.
