What You’ll Do

  • Lead the divisional finance organization and collaborate with the Regional President for financial planning and analysis.
  • Ensure reliable internal controls to safeguard company assets and provide accurate financial reporting.
  • Evaluate the achievement of financial goals and plans objectively.
  • Act as a strategic co-pilot to the President of the region.
  • Present business insights through analytical presentations and deliverables.
  • Supervise, mentor, recruit, and manage the finance function within the division.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of acquisition targets in line with regional growth strategy.
  • Develop succession plans and ensure strong relationships with key internal customers.

The Skills You Will Bring to the Team

  • Qualified Accountant with 8-10 years of experience at a Financial Director level or higher.
  • Experience in international markets and/or FMCG/fast growth business.
  • Experience in managing tax and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Successful track record in leading M&A activity with commercial impact.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
  • Experience in assessing and improving financial controls in a multi-country region.
  • Proven track record of developing and leading a high-caliber team.
  • Ability to build a sustainable and profitable business.
  • Capability to deliver financial targets.
  • Effectiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Skill in navigating complexity and ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Quick learning and adaptability based on new insights.
  • Development of a high-performing team.
