Location: Grosvenor House, 5 Glengall Street, Belfast
Salary: PT30 (£30,188.34 FTE - £16.587pa)
Contract: Permanent
Work hours: 21 hours per week

With over 300 staff and volunteers the People team provide valuable leadership and support to enable the delivery of high-quality care to support people at their point of need.
Volunteers are integral to our services and help contribute to our service user and residents experience and add value to service provision.

Your new role 
The Volunteer Co-ordinator will oversee the recruitment, training, placement, and retention of volunteers within BCM.
As part of the role they will develop and manage the volunteer programmes, ensuring that volunteers are effectively integrated into BCM’s operations.

What we need from you
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in managing volunteers and/or volunteering programmes.
  • Excellent knowledge of volunteering – both as a volunteer and volunteer manager.
Understanding of volunteering in the charitable sector.
