Reiss in Kildare Village are looking forn a 24 hour visual merchandiser. The role will involve working alongside Head Office guidelines and using Reiss Principles to develop creative visual concepts to build attractive store displays and window looks. Using creativity and combining the brand's goals with the customer's desires to ensure an enjoyable and simple shopping experience. The impact of a visual merchandiser should encourage potential customers to enter stores and purchase merchandise. Additionally, the visual merchandiser will create floor plans for the shop floor retail space and situate displays in an ideal position to encourage sales. They should use marketing strategy and a creative approach to sales in order to promote the company's image visually. This role will include outof store opening hours, to ensure the shop floor is merchandised and ready for trade. The successful candidate should be comfortable with key holding responsibilities. This role is an independant role, and the visual merchandiser will work alongside guidelines from head office and store management with little instruction. Time management is an essential to this role. 

Responsibilities

• Working alongside retail sales team to develop creative visual concepts to build attractive store displays
• Using creativity and combiningthe brand's goals with the customer's desires
• Creating window displays that encourage potential customers to enter stores and purchase merchandise
• Create floor plans for retail space and situating displays in an ideal position to encourage sales
• Re-merchandising shop floor according to season, ongoing sales etc.
• Using marketing strategy and a creative approach to sales in order to promote the company's image visually
• Using Head Office reports to analyse best sellers are in key locations of shop floor and size depth is fully available in store
• Communicating with Head Office for best selling product to be replenished to Kildare
• Ensuring imagery/signs on shop floor communicate the correct message and align with the current season

Qualifications

• Have proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager
• Have demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
• Have solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization.
• Previous key holding responsibilities 
• Time management
• Independant working
