Dublin Zoo holds the prestigious position of being ‘Ireland’s Number One Fee Paying Family Attraction’ welcoming in excess of one million visitors each year.

We are currently seeking to recruit highly enthusiastic, flexible and reliable Visitor Operations Assistants to support our team in the areas of front gate, ticket offices, and retail shops.

The successful candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and will have previous experience working within the retail / customer service sector.
