Trainee Hair Clinic Assistant x2

Working closely with our Consultant Trichologists, a trainee clinic assistant responsibilities will include:

· The setup, removal, and maintenance of instruments, Laser machine, and microscopes for laser regrowth treatments and scalp treatment.

· Preparing clients for procedures including laser hair regrowth treatment and trichological treatment

· Assisting during hair replacement treatment and procedures.

· Assisting Trichologist with applications of trichological product treatments.

·General maintenance and washing of hair replacement systems (wigs, cranial prosthesis etc).

· Maintaining a high level of patient care throughout their visit, including educating patients on the procedure, ensuring patients are comfortable and monitoring patients for general safety and well- being.

· Assists with review and maintenance of appointments, hair logs, patient charts, and photos.

· Assists with cleaning of treatment room.

· Assists with general management of software systems, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Our ideal candidate will have:

· Ideally, an added advantage would be previous experience within Hair and beauty sector, healthcare/dental environment, e.g. Hair Stylist/, Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Trainee Hair worker or Trainee Nurse;

· Excellent attention to detail;

· Good communication skills both written and verbal;

· Exceptional customer/patient service and support skills.

· Flexible to the working hours of the clinic.

Education requirements:

Leaving Cert, Higher education will be an added advantage.

Good written and Spoken English
