We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Customer Relations Executive to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers. If you are keen to start a career within the insurance industry this could be the opportunity for you.

Reporting into the Customer Relations Manager this is a customer facing role with a primary focus on maintaining the high service levels upheld by the customer relations department.

You will be the first point of contact for customers to deal with and resolve their issues relating to legal expenses matters, including; employment cases, property and contract disputes – conducting often complex investigations with customers and solicitors, recording claim details, making a judgement, and seeing through to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have;

· Strong and robust customer service skills.

· Good administration skills.

· Strong written communication skills.

· A keen eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet and put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

We'll give you all the training required and along with legal expenses you'll also be cross-trained in Home Emergency claims, so great opportunity to learn and develop your skills and knowledge within the insurance industry.
