Trainee CCR Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and react in order to maintain production levels taking account of quality parameters, safety parameters and the engineering requirements of the plant.
• Uphold and contribute to our positive Health and Safety culture.
•  Uphold and contribute to our environmental standards.
• Control all major process lines as per established SOP's.
• Coordinate plant resources to troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain plant equipment as required.
• Contribute to our continuous improvement. 
• Record plant operating data. 
• Complete production reports.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to your job.
• Be self-motivated and the ability to work of own initiative
• Have good communication skills. An ability to communicate effectively with all plant staff and senior management.
• Posses problem solving skills and some technical awareness.
• Collaborate with team members.
