Trainee Alloy Wheel Technician

Due to on-going growth within ZuCar Cork, we are now recruiting for dynamic individuals who wish to train full-time to become a fully qualified Alloy Wheel Technician.

This is an excellent to join a ZuCar as a trainee alloy wheel technician with a full training apprenticeship included.

Applicants must have a full, clean driving licence.

Requirements:

• Must be able to follow instructions accurately

• Good listening skills

• Must pay attention to fine details

• Good standard of spoken and written English

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure without compromising on quality

• Willing to learn and develop skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Full clean Irish or EU driving licence

• Good time keeping and reliability

• Positive attitude towards work

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when they arrive and take thorough report of customer requirements

• Assist in carrying out repairs on alloy wheels after completing a comprehensive on the job training period.

• Maintain clean, professional and safe working environment

• Maintain and clean tools and equipment as required

• Carry out other work duties in line with business requirements

• Prepare and maintain detailed logs of work carried out on vehicles

• Carry out other work duties in line with business requirements

Experience in the smart repair industry would be an advantage but not essential

A full, valid and clean Irish or EU driving licence and polite demeanor are essential requirements.
