Technical Project Manager: Senior Assistant Services Officer

Job Purpose

Working alongside colleagues in the Estates and Facilities Department, the Maintenance Department and other departments throughout the hospital the Technical Project Manager will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the upkeep and development of the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital (MMUH) properties. The role includes building surveying, contractor management, mechanical/electrical engineering, procurement/tendering, quality control, project management, budget control, energy & sustainability, fire safety and coordination of works. The Estates & Facilities Department Technical Project Manager will work closely with General Services, Health and Safety Department, Fire Safety Officer, Design Teams, Contractors and the Director of Estates & Facilities in providing high quality premises across MMUH campus.
