MACS Supported Housing Service supports young people leaving care who are aged between 16 and 21. These Team Leaders will work across all Supported Housing sites, supervising Support Workers providing phone/direct support in the evening and nights for all services.

Posts Available: x2 Full Time, Permanent Posts (these Team Leaders will move across all Housing Services as need arises)
Salary: £28,845 per annum
Benefits: MACS Pension contribution of 4% of salary; up to 41 days annual leave (including bank holidays); enhanced paid leave for Sick, Maternity and Carers leave; paid training days per year; Flexible and remote working options available.
