KNOW THE ROLE

  • Create a customer centric environment that delivers incredible service not only from yourself but your colleagues too.
  • A great team player by supporting co-workers with the ability to work as an individual
  • Must have natural warmth in their approach when engaging with customers and support in developing this across the floor.
  • Comply with the Company and Host store guidelines on service expectations.
  • Demonstrate specialist knowledge of the brands stocked within the department, as well as throughout the store, sharing on this knowledge with the team.
  • Achieve maximum sales of shoes (in addition accessories if applicable) as measured against weekly sales and productivity targets.
  • Ensure that client relationships are being maintained and Client books are being developed.
  • Have full awareness of the department and your colleagues at all times to ensure client engagement.
  • Understand all aspects of brand performance in order to maximise sales and influence trade.
  • Provide concise feedback regarding service and sales to line management on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with the Management to deliver great service and ensure the customer journey is extraordinary.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous retail experience.
  • Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory or fashion brand.
  • To be a customer service ambassador.
  • To be immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion forward brand in every way
