What You’ll Need:

• Proven Hiring Expertise: Extensive experience in recruitment, in the Financial Services industry hiring for roles such as Morgage Brokers, Compliance and Risk.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Language: Fluency in English is essential
