OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE: To provide an efficient and effective employment contracts and compliance support service for the HR Department

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: The post holder will: 1. Generate and prepare employment contracts and offer letters and other contractual documents accurately and professionally 2. Ensure that amendments to contracts of employment are issued to reflect any changes and that internal departments are updated accordingly 3. Liaise with HRD in relation to confirming attendees for company induction sessions 4. Assist with recruitment related administration 5. Prepare and verify work permit documentation, carry out ID, qualification and debarment checks, ensuring that copies are scanned and uploaded on to the relevant storage platforms 6. Liaise with internal departments regarding the organising of pre-employment medicals as and when required 7. Assist the wider HRM team to ensure that all contractual documentation is returned and recorded for each employee 8. Complete reference checks for new starts 9. Assist with the completion and submission of Annual Monitoring Returns and Article 55 Review for all business units 10. Maintain confidentiality with all work undertaken 11. Filing, photocopying and general HR administration as required 12. Other recruitment related activities as required (e.g. candidate sourcing, representation at careers fairs etc) QUALIFICATIONS

5 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include Mathematics and English Language Grade C or above

EXPERIENCE

Previous practical experience within a similar role involving the generation of volume, complex documentation KEY SKILLS

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (to include Word, Excel, Outlook) Effective communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous approach to work Proven ability to organise, plan and prioritise tasks within a high volume, varied workload Proven ability to effectively work on own initiative whilst contributing within a team environment Proven ability to adopt a methodical approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy in all work carried out
