The Team and Role:The Supply Chain Procurement team is a high-performing, cross-functional group responsible for managing Logitech’s global freight forwarding and contract logistics capabilities. Working closely with internal stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance, as well as external vendors, the team focuses on optimizing freight operations, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements. This dynamic environment offers exposure to global supply chain operations and the latest advancements in automation and analytics.
The Supply Chain Intern supports the freight and warehousing audit and payment processes, providing operational assistance while gaining hands-on experience in supply chain management. In addition to day-to-day tasks, the intern plays a key role in automating and improving in-house billing validation processes. This role offers a unique blend of logistics, data engineering, and finance, allowing for collaboration with global teams, large-scale data management, and business process automation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Logitech’s freight data.

Assist in the automation of billing validation and reporting processes, including data extraction, validation, and reporting. This entails also identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks, developing data validation rules to ensure accuracy, and, where possible, creating automated reports to track billing status and identify discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of freight spend data. This involves coordinating with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal teams on data collection/verification and implementing data quality control procedures. The analyst will provide guidance to stakeholders on data entry and reporting requirements and resolve any data discrepancies.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Strong focus on analytical and (creative) problem-solving skills.
Proactive and results-oriented and ability to take own initiative to drive insights into actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, ETL tools) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with working with AI Tech in this area is a large plus.
Passionate about automation projects and process improvement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Team player with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with AI technology are a plus.
