Supervisor Warehouse

Bondelivery specialise in the secure storage and transportation of goods to a wide variety of high profile customers throughout Ireland and providing high quality service to a major UK parcels network. We have the following permanent vacancy in our Nutts Corner Depot. 

BASED ON 40 HOURS PER WEEK
Sunday TO Thursday 9:00pm to 5:30am
start/finish times may fluctuate in line with operational needs
(flexibility outside these hours will be required particularly in busy periods)

Ref: SUP/4/25/1 SHIFT SUPERVISOR
We require an enthusiastic self-starter with supervisory experience in a fast moving warehousing environment. With high quality organisational skills you will be able to coordinate all shift activities and maintain warehouse and operations with a positive leadership approach. Implement company policies and procedures, enforce health and safety regulations and ensure all workers follow proper procedures.

Must have LGV1 (Class 1) or desire to train to LGV1 standard and have a good working knowledge of Northern Ireland together with a professional customer focused approach.

Ability to create a proactive environment with productive work flow
Ability to initiate and suggest plans to increase productivity/efficiencies
Able to assign and adapt duties and tasks to meet strict deadlines
Determined and able to use your own initiative with a responsible approach to work
Proven track record of effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment
Must be able to motivate and inspire a team to work effectively under pressure
Professional and responsible customer focused attitude
Good numerical, literacy, accuracy and English communication skills
Have proficient computer literacy/keyboard skills
Ability to work flexible shift patterns and working hours including weekends
and statutory holidays

Desirable criteria for above position:
Knowledge of coaching and development techniques
Previous experience of carrying out appraisal, investigation and/or disciplinary processes
Current counterbalance truck certificate and recent experience
