Responsibilities

Store supervisors will be a role model of amazing customer service for other team members, achieving targets, maximising sales and giving customers the benefit of their product expertise. Supervisors will also help store management, especially in coaching new team members and help them to settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow their amazing customer retail skills.

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience but not essential.
