Responsibilities

• Asist with running the store on a daily basis, in support of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, to ensure all staff are performing to the expected standard.
• Managing performance including targets and KPIs
• Acting as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Delegating tasks to employees.
• Supervising and delegating to employees, providing additional training and coaching when needed.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues that employees are not authorised to handle on their own.
• Motivating employees to perform well.
• Providing a safe and clean work environment ensuring all health and Safety as well as loss prevention standards are adhered to 

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a supervisory role essential
• Strong of character 
• leading the tean by example on a daily basis.
• Ability to deal with customer disputes, as well as compliments, in an effective manner ensuring the best outcome for both
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Ability to foster teamwork and keep morale high.
• Ability to help educate and assist with the growth of others.
• Flexibility on working hours is essential as this role will involve some weekends and late evening shifts
