Overview

Do you have a passion for retail and get a buzz from providing a fantastic customer experience?

If so, we are now looking for a Supervisor to join our Dare2B Kildare Village store. Previous experience in a retail store is essential and experience supervising and motivating team members will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maximising sales in your store
• Selling a range of excellent products to meet customers’ individual needs
• Delivering a fantastic customer service experience to every customer
• Taking pride in making sure the store always looks amazing
• Processing deliveries, replenishing stock quickly and keeping the store immaculate and well merchandised
• Support the store manager in the operational requirements of running a store
• Motivate and support the team to ensure consistently high standards are maintained
• Deputising for the store manager in their absence

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a retail shop in a position of responsibility• Strong administration skills• People management experience desirable but not essential
