The post holder will be responsible for the management of several complex and ambitious strategic projects for the betterment of the Borough its City, Towns, and Villages. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a correlation between the projects and the Council’s Corporate Plan priorities. A focus of the role will be collaborative working with external funders and the identification of potential new funding opportunities, ensuring the correct management of governance processes are implemented throughout. Also, to manage several redevelopment projects solely by the Council or in partnership with other statutory or private sector partners.

  • This post is temporary for two years; however, it may be extended or made permanent
  • This post is full time, working 36 hours per week.
  • The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm.
