The RoleReporting to the Stores Supervisor within the Part 145 department of Emerald Airlines, the successful candidate will hold responsibility for managing all aspects of stores, including the receiving, storing and moving of stock and ensuring the safekeeping of goods within the stores at all times. The is a full time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00) based at Dublin Airport.
Key Responsibilities• Maintain the Part 145 stores area at Emerald Airlines to an acceptable housekeeping level.
• Ensuring that all parts are stored in accordance with the appropriate requirements of the organisations Maintenance Organisation Exposition.
• Maintaining and developing adequate stock levels in relation to MEL stock for the Operators operated aircraft.
• Ensure incoming stock is inspected for correct packaging, quantity, serviceability, eligibility, traceability, conformity to specification and is free from damage.
• Ensure all calibrated tooling is received per the requirements of this exposition.
• Ensure that the paperwork for incoming stock is acceptable per the requirements of this exposition and EASA Part 145 Regulations.
• Ensure correct batching in, location and rotation of stock.
• Ensure components are handled and stored in accordance with ESDS procedures as detailed in this exposition.
• Ensure discrepancies identified during goods inwards receiving process are reported and the item in question is quarantined in accordance with the procedures in this exposition.
• Ensure U/S Stock is processed through the stores and outgoing shipments.
• Maintaining a record of all stock issued from stores.
About You• Must hold a full clean EU drivers licence
• Previous experience working in a stores environment holding part 145 goods receiving approval is a distinctive advantage
• Strong organisational skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• DG Training for shipment and handling of stock is an advantage
