Stores Administrator

GrayWolf is recruiting for the key on-site position of Stores Administrator at our small Limerick manufacturing, QA/QC and Service facility, where the primary responsibility will be to manage stock and supply materials to Production for our Ireland and USA facilities. This position will report directly to our Ireland-based General Manager. GrayWolf Sensing Solutions is an international, high-end environmental instrumentation manufacturer.

The job responsibilities will be broad, to include but not limited to:

• purchasing of stock materials.

• continuous monitoring of stock levels.

• liaising with sub-contract manufacturers, including Ireland-based circuit board manufacturers, and various foreign parts and accessories suppliers

• monitoring the Ireland-based sub-contractor performance where required.

• working closely with Production to identify cost savings.

• other duties supporting Production and R&D Teams, including hands-on calibration of air particle measurement systems and more.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have previous experience in the area of stock control / inventory management / purchasing. Knowledge of electronic materials / components would be a very strong advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• High competency level in MS Excel applications.

• Results-orientated

• Ability to work well against project deadlines.

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

• Fluent command of the English language.

• Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative. 

• Capability of working within a small, close-knit team and with minimal supervision post-training.

• Willingness to work on a variety of projects in parallel and learn new techniques.
