Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our high-end retail operations.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for luxury goods, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Luxury Retail Manager responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can inspire their team to exceed sales targets while maintaining an impeccable store environment.
Responsibilities
- Be focused on excellent sale performances and results, based on clear KPI's, in a challenging competitive environment.
- Create a genuine, attentive and long lasting relationship with the clients, exceeding clients needs and expectations.
- Maintail visual merchandising standards and the overall standards in terms of technical maintenance, cleanness, staff personal appearance.
- Constantly enhance the knowledge of the brand's history and values, promote collections and product features.
- Create an exciting work environment where trust and respect for diversity is valued.
- Empower others through engagement and motivation: recognize individual strengths and provide solutions to consistantly improve.
- Recognize talent and potential, as well as a feedback-oriented coaching environment, whilst ensuring team and individuals development.
- Lead the team to achieve common goals, identifying clear priorities, tasks and definition of role.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in a luxury retail setting
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and develop teams
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with performance evaluation processes
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
- Proficient in MS Office, with a working knowledge of retail management software
