Responsibilities

As the Store Manager, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of our brand new store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10-14 team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage stock levels, inventory, and store organization to maintain a well-presented store.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with head office and area managers on various business aspects and provide regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills/Experience:

• Proven managerial experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Expertise in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A keen interest in fashion and staying updated with current trends.
• A positive attitude, driven personality, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
