Staff Grade Psychologist
Paediatrics, CDNT 9, North Cork City and Blarney
Full Time (35 hour working week)
1 - Permanent post
1 - Specified purpose contract
Cope Foundation is seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic Staff Grade Psychologist’s in paediatric services. The successful applicants will work within an interdisciplinary team as members of a Children’s Disability Network Team as specified above.
Requirements of the post:
- An honours degree in psychology together with an appropriate post-graduate professional qualification in psychology.
- Qualifications that comply with the Department of Health & Children and PSI requirements for appointment as a Staff Psychologist.
- Candidates who have trained outside of the Republic of Ireland must have their qualifications validated to work in Ireland by the Department of Health and Children at time of application.
- Full driver’s licence and access to their own vehicle.
Experience working as a psychologist with children with disabilities is desirable.
