Staff Physiotherapist Panel

We are currently recruiting for Staff Grade Physiotherapists. Our team of Physiotherapists are key team members in a range of Mater Hospital services. These services include musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, rehabilitation, neurology, stroke, care of the older person, general acute rehabilitation and acute medicine. 

The Physiotherapy Department provide both inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy services. All patients are individually assessed and therapy is provided on a one-to-one basis, in a class setting or in joint sessions with other disciplines.

The provision of a quality Physiotherapy service in line with the standards of Physiotherapy practice. The successful candidate must provide quality, client centred Physiotherapy assessment and treatment to identified client groups, as directed by the Physiotherapy Management. The candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have developed clinical, communication and critical skills in relation to themselves and others. Working in the rotational model, the basic grade Physiotherapist should be able to demonstrate increased clinical knowledge and skill, evaluative techniques and the ability to function effectively within a team, to the benefit of the patients.
