Staff Nurse - TMS

(Fixed Term (12 months) / Part-time 18.75hrs)

The position of staff nurse in the TMS service of St John of God Hospital plays a pivotal role in the planning, delivery and evaluation of treatment and care to patients availing of the TMS service. The post holder will deliver TMS treatment and will be involved in the continuous assessment of individuals clinical risk and presentation throughout care and treatment. The post holder is required to have:

• Evidence of current registration on the Psychiatric division of the register maintained by NMBI (Essential)
• Training in TMS and/or experience in delivering TMS (Desirable – training will be provided if required)
• Evidence of good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well organised with effective time management skills.
• The ability to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
