The successful candidates will:

  • Have a RNID qualification and be presently registered and approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Other nursing disciplines can apply if they have at least 1-year continuous experience in working with people with an intellectual disability in a community setting. This experience must be recorded on your CV
  • Have continuous experience in the area of intellectual disability, case management of complex health needs and positive behaviour support
  • Be knowledgeable on Interim New Directions
  • As a nurse within St. Michaels House, be committed to the provision of a quality individualised service and to the principles of working in partnership with service users
  • Be committed to working as part of a team

Salary Scale: Successful candidates will be paid in line with HSE revised consolidated October 2024 HSE Staff Nurse pay scale point 1: €35,919 – point 13: €53,851 LSI per annum (based on working a 39-hour week).

28th February 2025 at 5pm.

Shortlisting will happen and candidates who meet criteria will then be notified of an interview date. Interviews are being conducted from the 3rd of March to the 28th March 2025.
