Spina Bifida Database Register Manager, Grade V

Purpose of the Role:

The main purpose of this role is to input, retrieve, validate and collate accurate data on the Spina Bifida register. Provide information from the database for bi-weekly reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), DoH, HSE meetings and other adhoc reports. The post holder will work cross discipline with the Coordinator, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Health and Social Care Professionals and administrative teams to ensure the seamless integration of information and communication technology in Spina Bifida care.

Essential Criteria:

· Have a Diploma in Health Services Management or equivalent

· Have at least 5 years relevant experience ( three of which should be at least at Grade IV level or above

· Have excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook systems working skills/knowledge.
