Solicitor

Seamus Maguire and Company Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor with minimum 3 years’ experience.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Sale, purchase and re-mortgage of residential properties;
• Acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to residential tenancies;
• Acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to commercial tenancies;
• Investigation of title and title issues, e.g. easements, rights of way, adverse possession, etc.

Requirements:

• Be capable of managing their own caseload and working as part of a team;
• Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
• Have ability to prioritise and work under pressure and an ability to meet deadlines;
• Have experience with case management systems (Myclients365).
