Role: Social Worker

Contract: Specified Purpose (Maternity Leave Cover) for 1 Year

70/70 (35 hours per week)

Location: Ennis, Co. Clare

The role of a Social Worker

As part of the Home Share Clare team you will identify and put into place appropriate supports for children and adults who are referred to the Service. You will work closely with the child/adult, their families and staff to make the best use of supports available at any one time from within the Brothers of Charity Services Ireland – Clare Region or the community.

The Social Worker as a member of the Home Share Clare Team will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment, training, assessments, support and supervision of current and new Home Sharing and Shared Living Families.
