Social Care Leader (St Raphael's Centre, Youghal)

Purpose of the post: To work with the management team and staff in the designated area to enhance the delivery of the social care model of service in the designated area and wider St Raphael’s Service as required.The post holder will have a pivotal role in the delivery of an effective, high quality, team based model of support to include the oversight of the evaluation and auditing of a social based model of care.

The physical base will be in St Raphael’s Centre, Youghal.
