St. Luke's Radiation Oncology NetworkDublin

Established in 2010, St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network operates from three Dublin locations – St Luke’s Hospital and St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Centres in St James’s and Beaumont Hospitals and is part of the Dublin Midlands Hospital Group.

SLRON’s main role is delivery of radiotherapy treatment for patients with cancer. Multidisciplinary teams consist of medical, nursing, radiation therapists, physicists, health and social care professionals, management and general support staff providing a pivotal

role in the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of these services within the hospital.

The HR Manager will be responsible for the development, delivery and implementation of the HR and Medical HR function for St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network.

The HR Manager will have responsibility to collaborate and advise managers as to best practice in Human Resource related issues in line with HR policies, protocols and procedures. This responsibility will include participation in recruitment and retention initiatives, employee relations, workforce planning, performance achievement, staff engagement and any other HR Projects/Initiatives which may be assigned from time to time.

The delivery of radiation oncology services in SLRON is delivered by a network model at the following locations:

  • St. Luke’s Hospital, Dublin
  • St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Centre on the campus of Beaumont Hospital, Dublin
  • St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Centre on the site of St James’s Hospital, Dublin

The incumbent will be expected to attend from time to time at locations other than his/her designated location.
