Glebe Builders is one of the leading construction companies in the Northwest with a number of projects in operation nationwide.Due to continued growth, we now are seeking a Site Manager for a project in Enfield Meath
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Project Structure filing in accordance with Glebe Builders file structure in softcopy & hardcopy format.
- All Quarry material leaving & entering site must be recorded
- Delivery dockets to be uploaded to our system
- Monitor all time and attendance records on sign in & sign out sheets/turnstile and send weekly reports to Head Office
- Assist the Site Manager if required on reports, typing of letters; minutes etc.
- Photo’s to be taken and uploaded to OneDrive on a daily basis of site progression & site activity and filed accordingly
- Gates must be locked at all times. It is the SC responsibility to know who is on site at all times.
- Minute Taking for meetings with subbies
- Delivery Dockets to be posted back on a Monday to main office.
- Skips- Ensure that waste is being separated- one skip for mental, one for steel, wood etc
- The Site cleanliness is up to standard
EHS Duties
- Daily EHS Inductions via prerecorded induction
- Obtain/ signed copy of sub-contractor RAMS, safety statement, training certs, Insurances etc
- Ensure all statutory inspections (AF & GA) are being completed / retain copies of all in EHS folders and softcopy
- Retain / Control use of Permit
- Retain environment records (waste management records etc .)
- Ensure Toolbox Talks are completed and retain record
