Principle Objective

As Showroom Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for the selling of a wide range of showroom products, including bathrooms and tiles. This is a target driven role with a high level of customer service and sales acumen required.

Knowledge & Experience

  • At least one years’ experience in a showroom sales role
  • Experience in selling a wide range of bathroom showroom products, including Sanitaryware, Furniture or Bathrooms retail sales is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of CAD/Fusion 2020 or similar is also desirable
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills

Key Responsibilities 

  • Selling a wide range of bathroom showroom products, including Sanitaryware, Furniture and Bathrooms
  • Maintaining a high standard in Showrooms.
  • Merchandising & pricing of Showrooms.
  • Developing showroom sales through working with Showroom Manager to ensure the displays are kept up to date & relevant
  • Sourcing and ordering stock to ensure all customers orders / expectations are fulfilled to high standards.
  • To assist our customers in making informed purchasing decisions by creating inspiring computer aided plans/designs for bathrooms.
  • Understand the customer needs and generate creative ideas and solutions that will fulfill their requirements.
  • Proactively generate customer leads and enquires
  • Taking personal responsibility for resolving customer issues pre-sales and post-sale in a timely fashion
  • Producing accurate quotations
  • Achieve defined sales and margin targets
  • Create brand loyalty and maintain relationships with existing customers

Contract Type

  • Permanent
  • Full time 40 hour contract
  • Working week Monday to Saturday roster
