A busy Motor Factor company in west Cavan requires a shop and store person for immediate start.

Job Description

The role involves working in the shop and store. Checking pricing, stock and organising orders. Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone. Delivering goods to customers when required.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Computer skills are a must as successful candidate will be required to generate invoices and look up parts / stock etc
• Excellent customer skills
• Must be reliable and have excellent time keeping and have the ability to work unsupervised
• Candidates must have the ability to lift and move heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods as the job involves standing, lifting and moving items throughout day
• Full driving licence is essential
• Must be flexible and willing to take on various tasks
• Must be a good team player with ability to work as part of a team

Desired skills and Experience

• Previous store experience and manual handling is an advantage, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
