 We are currently recruiting a Soft Service Lead to join our team in Cootehill, Co Cavan

Working Pattern:Monday to Thursday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, from 9 AM to 3:30 PM

• This role involves managing cleaning, maintenance, caretaking, and catering teams while ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent client relationships.
• Oversee soft services operations, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and service improvements.
• Lead and develop a team, supporting hiring, training, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain service excellence.

• Experience managing soft services (cleaning, security, or facilities).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle budgets, contracts, and client expectations.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Experience using integrated software systems
• Relevant qualifications and a full, clean driving license.
