The Opportunity
An opportunity exists based on a 12 month contract (fixed term OR daily rate) with Glanbia for a ServiceNow Change Lead to join the team that will lead Glanbia on a multi-year strategic transformation journey.
Glanbia is establishing a program of work to enable and fuel the growth of our business units through effective partnering, strategic capabilities and digitally enabled solutions and service delivery from our global shared functions.
Primary responsibilities for this role will include:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of ServiceNow.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities, including change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
- Engage with senior leaders and executives to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively, ensuring that the needs of the business are met.
The Skills you will bring to the team
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, with a focus on ServiceNow implementation.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Forward-looking with a holistic approach.
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- ServiceNow certification or relevant experience is highly desirable.
Where and how you will work
The opportunity can be based in our offices across Ireland (Dublin / Kilkenny) or UK (London) with ability to travel as required by the role.
