Senior Purchasing Administrator

EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 370 people.

We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a Senior Purchasing Administrator Galway. This role shall be primarily focused on our accessory business.

Reports to: Visual Merchandising Manager.

Responsibilities

• Store transfers, inbound and existing furniture, and accessories
• Accessories administration
• Christmas reporting transfers etc.. 
• Processing new and current accessory orders.
• Monitoring accessory stock levels. 
• Accessory damages reports and write offs. 
• Overseeing of accessory stock takes.
• Accessories promotions (system), pricing and reductions.
• Monitoring accessory sales reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2/3 years experience in a similar role
• You will have strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Reporting and Analysis skills
• Excellent Communication skills
