Join us as a Senior Propositions Manager

Responsible for the management of Three’s new proposition development and execution
This role will lead the end-to-end proposition development and delivery across the following key areas: Commercial, Finance, Technology, Direct & Indirect Channels, whilst meeting our key contractual and regulatory obligations.
This role will define and deliver initiatives within the consumer business to drive growth and evolve our customer offerings.
Stand as a central point of communication for all New Proposition queries, ensuring customer needs are understood, right initiatives are prioritised and clear plans are defined to deliver them.

What else it involves:

  • Have a customer centric and curious mindset, looking at long term trends, 
  • Look for inspiration as you input into the NPD roadmap that will differentiate Three Ireland in the market across mobile and non-mobile products.
  • Stay close to the competition and understand their customer offer and recommend how we best respond to create a point of difference.
  • Define and deliver new proposition development and execution candidates for NPD roadmap working closely with the wider team.
  • Central point of communication & ownership for all New Proposition queries, actions, and decisions
  • Strong understanding of customer journey (digital first) across all our channels and ensuring appropriate requirements are captured to have Customer at heart of all decisions.
  • Understand the needs of our commercial teams and how we work together to create mutually beneficial propositions and better experiences for our customers.
  • Ability to lead multi stakeholder meetings, facilitate workshops, build strong relationships, and inspire confidence through understanding of the business, its problems and its aspirations.
  • Define and lead in capturing key consumer/market/competitive insights and business benefits (Business case)
  • Manage and handle escalations for any issues, risks and concerns with the delivery of the new propositions working cross-functionally and closely with Consumer, Retail, Digital, Finance, Technology and Legal teams as necessary, to resolve and track these to completion.
  • Lead the new proposition development, design, business case approvals from senior stakeholders.
  • Define & guide the team to list clear business requirements, business rules and guide Product Catalogue inputs for all new propositions being developed.
  • Implement, embed and maintain strong product/proposition governance, including setting the agenda and chairing key governance forums. Also including ensuring robust and appropriate data and reporting is built as part of introducing new propositions.
  • Seek approvals of your new proposition design and journeys with senior stakeholders as per the NPD process.
  • Support and collaborate with build, test, deployment and trial of the new propositions being executed and launched in the market.
  • You have end to end accountability for defining, designing and delivery of your NPD roadmap item. You will be the immediate business owner once your NPD roadmap item launches until you are ready to hand over to the commercial team to manage in life.

  • Strong leader and able to drive pioneers mindset within the team.
  • Excellent problem solver, with the ability to digest multiple sources of information and build off existing platforms / capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • An inquisitive nature and great work ethic are essential. 
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity with ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. 
  • Experienced proposition leader with proven track record of delivering new propositions.
  • Pragmatic approach and ability to navigate through prioritisation, budget, and capacity challenges.
  • An experienced leader able to galvanise others behind the team’s vision and direction.
  • Ability to challenge and ask right questions to ensure the process and journeys defined meet customer needs.
  • Experience & understanding of marketing creatives, product/proposition positioning & naming.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively.
