Your Role: 

As a Senior Culture Enablement Manager, you will support the Head of People to drive thought leadership, strategic direction, and implementation of PTSB¿s Culture initiatives across the Bank. The focus of this role is on crafting, developing, implementing, and evolving PTSB¿s Cultural Enablers to support the delivery of the Bank¿s espoused Culture. 

This role will oversee key cultural enablers extending to the Bank¿s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Strategy, Engagement Strategy, Wellbeing Strategy, Recognition Strategy and Cultural Evolution aligned to creating a risk integrated growth culture characterised by ethics, integrity, and innovation. 

This is a critical role in the evolution of the Customer and People Function in terms of embedding culture across PTSB. The programmes and initiatives that you lead will enable PTSB and support the evolution of our customer centric culture that delivers value for, and re-builds trust with, our Customers, Colleagues and Communities.

Your Responsibilities:

Functional Strategy & Delivery

  • Act as a key senior member of People Management team, taking accountability for and driving the various programmes and tracking delivery against key milestones.
  • Develop effective delivery plans for strategic objectives and monitor benefits and return on investment.

Lead an inspiring Culture

  • Support the Head of People in the development and implementation of the initiatives to support the Culture evolution across PTSB.
  • Lead the annual refresh of PTSB¿s Artefacts such as the ¿the Customer ¿ Yes Checks¿ , Our Culture Charter, The Culture Compendium, ensuring alignment to all CBI commitments since the Organisational Culture Programme 2018 ¿ 2019 to demonstrate the evolution of culture in PTSB.

Stakeholder Management

  • Ability to navigate Bank stakeholders at all levels across the Bank to create buy-in and support for People Strategy of the Bank 
  • Act as point of contact for Irish Banking Culture Board (IBCB) / PTSB engagements across PTSB in driving adoption across PTSB.

Risk Management & Control

  • Comply with the highest standards of reporting in terms of cultural evolution to internal and external stakeholders, including ExCo, Board, CBI, IBCB, and other stakeholders as required
  • Drive a risk awareness aligned to the risk appetite of the PTSB.

Requirements: 

Essential

  • 5 years¿ experience in a similar role, delivering clear business benefits.
  • Subject matter expert across customer, communications, and culture.
  • Substantial experience in People / HR Strategy and Culture transformation and all the systemic elements that form part of change across a large and complex organisation with demonstrable outcomes in terms of engagement, recognition, sentiment, and behavioural change.
  • Ability to work effectively at senior levels across the business, seen as a `trusted advisor¿.
  • Demonstrated ability to present ideas persuasively and to convince and influence others including ExCo and the Board.
  • Expert command of Microsoft products specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio.
