The Position
As a Senior Administrative Assistant at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for the following tsks:
- Provision of administrative support to CVP Site Athlone and Head of Site Quality.
- Provide routine calendar management including scheduling meetings with internal and external personnel for both CVP and Head of Site Quality.
- Provision of administrative support for travel arrangements and management of submitting monthly expenses for CVP and Head of site Quality.
- Support SLT with weekly meetings, off site events, agenda’s for internal meetings and ad hoc administrative requests.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Educated to Certificate or a Degree level would be desirable
- 2 -3 years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of managing a calendar of the executive
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good decision-making ability
- Competent in the use of electronic systems for own role and group
- Good presentation skills
