Job Summary: Johnson and Perrott Motor Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Sales team. Operating from Douglas Road Dealerships, you'll work in a dynamic environment and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Manage dealership switchboard as required with a friendly, efficient and welcoming approach, routing calls, taking messages
• Log guest messages or complaints in the absence of the appropriate team members, ensuring information is accurately recorded and referred. Ensuring the guest is reassured that appropriate action will be taken.
• Maintain the reception/guest areas in accordance with dealership standards and identified guest needs.
• Receiving incoming deliveries and outgoing collections.
• Greet guests visiting or telephoning the dealership, making them feel welcome and direct them to the appropriate associate as soon as possible.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• You will be organised, flexible and prepared to work as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills, with colleagues and customers.
• You will have strong problem-solving skills and a customer- focused approach.
• You will be professional and maintain a high standard of personal presentation
• You will have strong PC skills.
