DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Big Guy during the run-in to his busiest time of year, the lucky elves will play a key role in assisting Santa in his Christmas duties.

Santa's elves have the special role of

• Helping to create a fun and festive atmosphere.
• Chatting with the kids and families, making sure every child is made feel special.
• Creating a memorable experience for the families and children.
• Queue management (especially for the ones on the nice list)
• Communicating with other helpers.
• Sorting out presents (it's OK they are made already)
• Answering any queries of customers.
• keeping an eye on the Reindeer
• Any other duties as required by the grown-ups.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Elf experience desired but not required
• Customer service experience
• Previous experience working with children (or Santa) is a benefit

BENEFITS
