The Business is Family owned, and managed, with almost 30 years experience in all areas of the construction sector their success is a strong testament to the supporting divisions within the group such as Crane Hire, Plant Hire, Construction & Demolition, Steelworks, Haulage, and Waste Recycling.

As part of our on-going growth we are now looking to expand our team and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Representative covering the North-East region to join our team.

Sales Representative Requirements:

• Experience in Equipment Rental / Sales experience or relevant mobile crane experience preferable

• Experience dealing with customers and staff

• Highly organised individual

• Enthusiastic and Energetic individual

• Excellent communication and computer skills

• Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience (in person and over the phone)

• Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks along with a confident and flexible attitude.

• Full B Driving License

• Candidates must be flexible regarding their work hours

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Deal with customer queries and orders in a professional manner.

• Ensure a high level of customer service

• Increase profitable sales and rental revenue through scheduled and cold sales calls, email, direct mailings, presentations and various marketing methods used to promote our fleet.

• Offer a full inventory of equipment and services to new and current customers

• Coordinating with company personnel to ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate execution of paperwork, quotes, and various correspondences.

• Consistent and professional follow up and communication through email, phone, and personal interaction either at customer offices or jobsites.

• Responsible for ensuring customer issues or concerns receive prompt responses.

• Responsible for routinely seeking customer feedback and incorporating the data into strategies and action plans.

• Responsible for maintaining exceptional customer relations, while developing new opportunities.

• Responsible for strict adherence to company administrative policies. (Sales calls, quote follow-up, etc.)

• Must show continuous growth to companies revenue line year-over-year.

• Pro-actively promoting the company at all times

• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients

• Maintaining and exceeding company targets
