Proline Architectural Hardware

As one of the leading suppliers of ironmongery and accessory products, Proline provides design solutions for architects, interior designers and specifiers on all their ironmongery needs. Offering a vast range of products which include joinery products, invisible door solutions, door and window hardware and airtightness products.

Principle Objective

As Sales Representative you will drive and develop existing and new key customer relationships which deliver incremental profitable sales in line with the overall company strategy and targets. This role is a key representative of the company and will need to sell and promote our products and communicate how our product offering can meet the customers’ requirements. A key part of the role is the development of strong relationships and ensuring that we are fully customer focused and meeting all their product needs.

Knowledge & Experience 

  • Proven experience in the architectural ironmongery sector or a similar role.
  • Ideally have knowledge of the architectural ironmongery market and industry regulations and trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and diverse organisation.
  • Understanding of pricing models and profit margins

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build relationships by organising daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
  • Sales targets - new and existing customer base Engagement with existing customers and developing strong relationships
  • Detailed product knowledge of our range and how best used by our customers
  • Work with all relevant colleagues and teams to ensure we have a cohesive customer centric approach and meet all their product and service needs
  • Work with the broader Chadwicks group to ensure we maximise all opportunities across the branches and the CRM system
  • Challenge the team continually to create a range our customer value versus our competitors

Contract Type

  • Permanent full time
  • Full time 39-hour contract
  • Working week Monday to Friday
  • Location: Inchicore, Dublin 8
