About the Role
We are looking for a Upmarket Sales Manager. This role requires strong collaboration with regional sales leadership, executive teams, and sales representatives to ensure that customers experience the full value of Workvivo and choose us as their preferred Employee Experience Platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily sales activities across the Workvivo sales team, as well as Zoom and channel sales teams, to achieve revenue goals.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to maximize pipeline growth and sales within our customer base.
- Partner with internal teams to conduct territory account mapping and co-develop joint business and territory plans.
- Design and execute growth programs that drive Workvivo revenue expansion.
- Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively position Workvivo in every customer interaction.
- Launch initiatives and programs to accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.
- Collaborate with Workvivo Marketing and Business Development teams to drive demand-generation efforts within Zoom’s existing customer base.
- Conduct regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating regional successes.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant role, including 2+ years in a fast-paced SaaS environment with expertise in enterprise sales methodologies and execution.
- A track record of strong sales leadership and consistently exceeding performance targets.
- Experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-level executives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
